Amazing place! Everything we needed was here, The bedrooms were cozy, and the living area was spacious enough for our group, The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time, sunbathing and grilling, The location is great too, close to the beach and some nice restaurants, Just a heads up, some of the appliances took a bit to figure out, but once we did, it was all good, Would definitely come back!

This villa in Labin is an atmosphere! The private pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and the jacuzzi? It totally changes the game. The outdoor kitchen made grilling really easy and the garden is a total aesthetic. Tip: don't miss the views from the old town, it's different!

The villa was the perfect base for our adventures in Istria. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. The only downside was the distance from some attractions, but the tranquil atmosphere made up for it.

In general, a good experience, The villa itself is nice, although a bit dated in some areas, We had fun, but it would have been even better if the outdoor kitchen had been in better condition, However, we created nice memories here!
