Description
The beautiful cottage in the complex 'Le Clos Nr 25' is a very nice and well-kept house for 2-4 people in a beautiful complex (sea about 600m) with pool.
The house has on the ground floor a great kitchen with washing machine, good W-Lan, SAT TV (all German channels), a good pull-out couch, shower and toilet.
On the upper floor is an open, but secluded sleeping gallery. The floor is covered with good laminate.
The garden is nicely laid out, has a winter-summer-spring-autumn garden, an outdoor barbecue, at the side also space and room, for bicycles etc.. Garden furniture is of course available. The house nr. 25 lies directly opposite our 2nd house nr 13 (also to find with this offerer).
Place with all shopping facilities and beach about 600m from the house within walking distance.

The complex is situated in a quiet location only about 500m to the kilometer-long sandy beach. Not far is the Canal du Midi, which is ideal for cycling, walking, jogging or inline skating, the nice village center with its shopping, strolling and dining options Portiragnes-Plage is a nice, small seaside resort that appeals mainly to families and those seeking relaxation; nice markets, a beautiful village center, framed by the kilometer-long sandy beach, the Canal du Midi and a nature reserve; shopping facilities in the village and in the large supermarkets, which are located in front of Beziers; also various dining options

Very cozy accommodation
The location is excellent, not far from the beach.
Very cozy little house furnished with love for detail, you feel right at home. The property is secure and very quiet. All the amenities you need were available.
Very friendly host! Communication worked flawlessly and quickly.

Recommended well-maintained holiday home.
We spent two lovely and relaxing weeks together in the holiday home in June 2024. We really liked the house. It is designed very lovingly, beautifully and practically - and has everything you need on vacation.
We spent a lot of time on the terrace. Since we only had one day of rain, we only sat in the conservatory once.
The holiday park was very quiet, which contributed to our relaxation. The village and the beach were only a few minutes away. We didn't cook ourselves. It's not a problem to find nice restaurants in Portiragnes Plage and the surrounding area.
We were able to easily rent bikes at the campsite and rode along the Canal du Midi. We also enjoyed Nordic Walking and walks along the canal and in the nature reserve.
The sea was often very calm - unfortunately still a bit cold. The long beaches are just fantastic. We walked along the sea for hours.
We would love to come back again!

Holiday home Pit 2
We spent two wonderful weeks in your lovely holiday home in PP. The house was functional and well equipped. With its wonderful terrace with oleander and olive tree, it is a real gem in the otherwise very attractively designed settlement.
We made all the excursions into the surrounding area on our bikes. (the cycle path along the Canal du Midi was particularly beautiful) Other highlights were the visits to the pretty old town of Pezenas and Carcassonne
The nearby Plage der Bosquet was ideal because it was never crowded.

Again and again with pleasure
A beautiful lovingly furnished flat. Beautiful area, have spent a very nice holiday. The flat was very clean on arrival, no complaints.

Simply idyllic...
We were thrilled with this accommodation. It was very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped! We felt very comfortable and safe. The cosy seating area with the barbecue, surrounded by the flowering oleander, the olive tree and the chirping of the cigales , contributed to a beautiful ambience. Thanks to the quiet location, we were able to relax very well. Simply idyllic.... We will be very happy to come back.
