Description
Through the front door you enter the hallway of the house, where you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is spacious and attractively furnished for two people with a wonderfully comfortable sofa to spend a relaxing evening together.
The kitchen is well equipped, so it's no problem to prepare a sumptuous meal yourself. Of course you can also go out for a meal in the centre, just step out of the front door and you're right in the middle of the lively centre of Domburg.
At the back of the house is a sheltered terrace, which is also heated for colder days. Here you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon while having a drink or a snack.
A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with two single beds (90x 200) with separate duvets. The beds are made upon your arrival and there is one set of towels per person for you (these are compulsory when booking). The bedroom can be completely darkened by closing the automatic shutters. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink.
The house is a non-smoking flat and no pets are allowed.
There is paid parking everywhere in Domburg. During the booking process you will be asked for your car registration number. The number plate is entered into the municipality's parking app so that you can park in various parking spaces.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Domburg beach
The main attraction for tourists coming to Domburg is the wide sandy beach that stretches all the way to Westkapelle!
The beach of Domburg is, just like the other beaches on Walcheren, especially known for its wooden groynes, the typical beach huts and of course the friendly atmosphere.
In addition, the province of Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands during the summer months. An excellent base for a wonderful holiday by the sea in Zeeland!
Places of interest
During your visit to Domburg, the Molen Weltevreden is certainly worth a visit! This typical Zeeland windmill was a source of inspiration for artists such as Toorop and Mondriaan.
The old town hall on the market square in Domburg is also beautiful! It was built in 1567 and is the second oldest building in Domburg!
If you take a walk through the dunes, you can't miss the typical Domburg water tower.
