Villa Pula bay consistes of 3 apartments: one for 6 persons, one for 4 and one for 2 persons, rented all 3 together. It provides more privacy than a classic villa as it has 3 kitchens with 3 dining rooms and living rooms, 3 seating areas in the garden.
Located at the entrance of Pula, 3 km from the beach and 2km from the town centre (30 minutes on foot). The beaches Valbandon and Puntižela are cca 3 km away. The beaches are mostly rocky and pebble. We suggest also the beaches in Fažana, at 5 km and visiting the national park Brioni (islands).
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance from 300-600m. The bus station is at 600m.
The swimming pool with fresh water and plastic walls, is 6.5 x 3m and deep approx 1,35m which makes it ideal for the safety of children. The outdoor pool is available from May to October depending on weather conditions. It is a private pool used only by the guests of the villa.
A spacious, well arranged garden of 1500m2, is one of the favorite thing our guests like best about our house. It won the award "Second best garden in Pula" in 2004. There are 3 summer terraces in the garden.

The owners live on the property in a separate part of it. Pets are not allowed.

It is a calm neighborhood, we are surrounded by greenery. We are at the entrance of Pula, just 2 km from the amphitheater and center. The first small shop is at 150 m, a mid sized one is at 600 m, the ATM is at 600 m, the post office at 800 m. Two restaurants at 600 m, 2 pubs (one at 150 m the 2nd at 700 m), 2 gas stations are at 1 km.

Top! A wonderful family!
This wonderful family saved our vacation! We came to Croatia with 11 people and had to realize that we were cheated... Iva Slivar and her family were our lifesavers! They accommodated us at short notice and gave us so much warmth! The pool was cleaned every day, the yard was swept every day, and they always listened to our wishes or requests and helped us without any hesitation when we had questions!
