Here you live in a rural idyll, secluded, surrounded by green, leafy forest and pastures. Down by the small lake there is both a bathing jetty and a boat. A little paradise for the nature lover and those who want to experience peace and quiet. Suitable for both families and couples who want to discover all the attractions in the area. From the entrance at the back of the house you have a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and also a large dining area. At the heart of the house are two open living rooms, tastefully and comfortably furnished with great charm. There is also a modern TV with chromecast here. The house has fiber and free wifi. At the far end of the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with two wide single beds. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds in both. In the open hall there is a single bed. The bathroom has a shower. The house has a partially glazed conservatory with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The absolutely fantastic plot is surrounded by lovely greenery and forest. In the pastures, grazing horses provide a peaceful calm. The small path leads down to the lake and here you will find your boat and a jetty. A rowing trip on Lake Rya is a lovely experience even without fishing, as the availability of fish has decreased significantly in the lake, but with a little luck, fishing luck can be there. It is possible to swim in the lake, but a short drive away is a well-organized public bathing area, with jetties and toilets. There is also a small summer café here. Here you can live all year round, with swimming and sun in the summer, mushroom and berry picking during the autumn season. and a nature that is rich in game of various kinds, i.a. the king of the forest, the moose. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here you can find everything for those interested in fishing. Boat rental, rich in different fish species, possibility to rent a boat and to book trolling fishing. There is also a very nice fish restaurant and farm shop here. Isaberg's slalom slopes are only 5 miles away. Several excursion destinations are within an hour's drive, such as sea bathing, shopping in Ullared or an adventure day at High Chaparall. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö golf club.

Location by the lake, quiet, great property, helpful owners, good beds, house nice and big, shopping options, hiking in the forest, fishing (caught 4 pikes) / Improvement: cleanliness especially in the kitchen, kitchen equipment (too little cutlery), dishwasher does not clean properly as nozzles seem to be clogged for a while Recommendations: Moose Park Markaryd, Waffle Stuga, Pizzeria in Hyltebruk
