The house has a great and absolutely quiet forest location only 100 metres from the lake. It also has all the comforts you could wish for
It has 90 sqm of living space, a 40 sqm covered terrace, a tiled bathroom with direct access to the sauna. Also a great big open living area with modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and all necessary appliances for comfortable self-housing
There is also an air heat pump that heats in winter and cools in summer. On the large wooden terrace you can relax and eat your meals. Here you can also enjoy the silence and nature
There are several fireplaces at the house.
Fishing is possible and there is very good fishing in the lake and the river Nissan. Boat and life jackets available.
Electricity, firewood and fishing licence are included in the rental price

Super location and amenities, we were able to enjoy the winter holiday.
The house has everything you need, from a washing machine to a foosball table to a waffle maker. All rooms are equipped with radiators, so there is sufficient warmth, and we didn't have to freeze during New Year's week. The location is dreamy, right in the forest and just a few steps from the lake. Those seeking peace and relaxation will find it upon arrival. The contact with the landlord was impeccable, and questions were answered in no time. The nearest supermarkets and the gas station can be easily reached by car, about 14 km away. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately not so great
After arrival, we had to find out that the coffee machine and kettle are in an unusable condition (had to be bought new). The bathroom should only be entered with shoes as some tiles are cracked. The youngest daughter cut her foot. The boat is in the swamp, so we couldn't use it. After 30 years of vacationing in Sweden, this is by far the worst house. There was not even a response to subsequent complaints. Gerhard from Kassel

House in the middle of the forest
The location of the house in the middle of the forest allows for observing many birds. However, even in sunny weather, no sun reaches the house, so it always remains cool there.
In our case, we arrived directly after the previous tenants, and no one was in between to check if the house was clean and everything was intact. We found the house not sufficiently clean and even pulled some dirty dishes out of the cupboard. Most disappointing was that the bench of the boat was broken and we couldn't use it as a result.
Even if the boat had been intact, it would have been too small for 5 people.
Apart from that, the house was fine and equipped with everything, there is even a foosball table.

Beautiful quiet location
We were very satisfied with the house. The house has only one neighbouring house, which was not disturbing at all. There is enough distance between them. It feels like 100 m to the lake and you can see the lake shimmering through the trees. The house has everything you need. The landscape is very beautiful. If you want to have your peace and quiet, row a boat a bit and throw the fishing rod for relaxation, you are in good hands. Unfortunately, the central heating does not work. But the sauna gives off enough heat when the door is open. In addition, there is a heat pump heating in the house. So it was ok and we didn't freeze.

Beautiful holiday home and very nice rentals
The house is very cosy and equipped with everything you need. It is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and ideal for families with dogs, as you can let the pelt nose have a bath (as was the case with us because of the heat) and go for long walks. There were plenty of moose to see in the wild and the neighbours are super nice. Really great and only to be recommended! Many thanks to Nils and his family for a wonderful time!
