Two of the rooms are doubles, with closets, while a third room has two single beds and a coat stand.
The bathrooms have been renovated, and both have shower stalls.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker with pods, juicer, pots, cutlery, glasses, and bowls.
In the living room is a 2/3-seat sofa and a smart TV. Immediately behind is the dining table with seating for 6 and comfortable chairs.
Outside, perimeter verandas with outdoor lounges.
For those who want, for a small extra charge, I provide walking bicycles, to get around the area comfortably and go to the beach without the use of a car.
Fanusa beach is 800 meters away while the renowned Arenella beach is just 1.5 km away (3 minutes by car, 10 by bicycle and 20 on foot).
Interesting is the terrace for those who want to enjoy the panoramic view of the neighborhood.

Arenella is one of the most visited beach areas in Syracuse, whose main feature is the beautiful sandy beach of Arenella (free and with a well-equipped lido).
Many people also choose to stay at Arenella in the summer because of its proximity from the city center. : Ortigia is in fact less than 10 km away.

In May very famous classical performances at the Greek Theater in Syracuse. In June Lugloe August the weather is splendid (it is almost always sunny) and temperatures are warm.
I recommend visiting the historic center of Ortigia, the provinces of Avola, Noto, the seaside village of Mazamemi, the fishing village Portopalo and the beautiful seaside resort of San Lorenzo .
