Il complesso "Villasmeralda", è sito in Siracusa ubicato in via di Porco 151/a, a 200 metri dal mare, quale " Zona Protetta-Riserva del Plemmirio" e a cinque Km dalla curatissima ed organizzata spiaggia di sabbia dell' Arenella.
Gli immobili si ergono su un lotto di terreno di 2300 mq, di cui 1200 mq dedicato al verde.
