We rent out our complete house over 2 floors. For sole use . New building 2018
The house is top equipped. With 3 bedrooms 2x with double bed 180x200 and 2x single beds 90x200.
1 bathroom with large shower and bathtub on the upper floor and bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
Living/dining area/kitchen all open. Here you can sit together and cook for an hour or two. In the living room there is an integrated fireplace for cosy hours.
The entire house has central underfloor heating.
There are 2-3 parking spaces directly in front of the house, depending on the size of the vehicle.
The terrace is currently under construction and will be completed by summer 2023. Here you can enjoy a cosy barbecue and have a cocktail or two.

The house and the entire property are completely at the disposal of our guests for their own use.
We are available for our guests at any time and are happy to help with all matters and with planning excursions.
In the house you will find a lot of information about the surrounding area, the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest and Lake Constance.
We are happy to assist you with tips for an excursion to one of the desired areas.

Wild and romantic Schlichem Gorge in Irslingen

"World of Crystals" in Dietingen 5 min.
Rottweil, the oldest town in Baden- Württemberg, 10 minutes away.
The "Albtrauf", a paradise for hikers, 15 minutes away.
Schömberg reservoir, bathing beach and small leisure park, mini-golf and restaurants 15 min
Schiefererlebnis Dotternhausen/ with fossil museum (free admission) and knocking place
Galaxy Tittisee Neustadt 1h ( large thermal bath and slide paradise)

Within a radius of 30 km there are many other attractions such as, swimming pool, hiking and biking trails, Black Forest Ziplein (cable car) reservoir Schömberg (bathing and mini golf) and many other activity possibilities.
There are many good restaurants in the vicinity (German, Italian, Indian, Greek)
Transport:
The house is only 10 minutes away from the A81 motorway. You can reach us easily via the Rottweil or Oberndorf exits. Direct parking is available at the accommodation.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
