Not far from the "Alte Liebe" is our wonderful holiday flat Marina Schleusenpriel, on the 2nd floor, with a fantastic sea view over the inner harbour of the marina, the bascule bridge with its colourful hustle and bustle, all the way to the world shipping route.

In the other direction, you have a lateral view of the lighthouse and the roofs of Cuxhaven.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of house no. 96 and extends over 2 floors. It has a small balcony from which you can watch the dreamlike sunrises and the hustle and bustle of the leisure captains with their sailing boats.

The optimally divided flat consists of a cosy living room downstairs, which is furnished in a modern style. A large TV, radio and free wifi are available for your use.

Next is the small dining room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Cooker with ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.

The two bedrooms are on the upper floor of the flat. One with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small seating area in front of the window with harbour view.

Between the two bedrooms is the functional bathroom with hand basin, toilet and shower. For the small laundry in between, a washing machine is available for use.

The small bedroom has a view of Cuxhaven, has a wardrobe, seating and 1 bed for one person.

There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house.

All in all, this is a cosy holiday flat for relaxing and carefree holidays.

The city of Cuxhaven and the pilot quarter with its small shops, restaurants and shops as well as the "Alte Liebe" with the seaside resort bridge and the excursion ships are within walking distance.

Location and surroundings of object

You can walk to the "Alte Liebe" viewing platform with ship announcement service or to the seaside resort bridge at the sailor's harbour in 5 minutes. You can reach the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht in about 12 minutes - by bike in 3 minutes. In a good 45 minutes you can walk along the dyke and green beach to the Kugelbake. For the way back, you can also take bus line 106 from the "Kugelbake" stop. This line connects the "Alte Liebe" with the sandy beaches in Duhnen and Döse with trips every hour.

Not far away, at the Alte Liebe, you have the opportunity to take some boat trips. The trips to the seal banks, the harbour tours and, in the summer months, the catamaran to Sylt depart from here.
