Welcome to BIZJAK APARTMENTS in Vinkuran, Istria, Croatia.
The vacation rental service is our second, but not less important activity since 1999. All these years we’re refining our service to make your holiday in Istria a summer time to remember. We are on your disposal for any kind of special interest and arrangements.
The Cherry and Grape apartments in Vinkuran are designed for family and friends vacation longer stays. All apartments have high speed Internet access, satellite TV programs, airconditioning, heating (central or electric), a lot of daylight and lush greenery on terraces and balconies.
The Bizjak Family welcomes you to Vinkuran, a small coastal village only 4 km from the Pula city center. We offer you two modern apartments with a spacious terrace, a green area with lot of flowers, relax zone, swimming pool, garden kitchenette with grill under the "pergula".
The Grape A4+0 apartment has two matrimonial bedrooms (bed linen provided) and a sleeping sofa in the livingroom, kitchen, bathroom (with towels), a big covered terrace and garden with pool and relax zone. The apartment is climatized, has sat-tv and the use of another open-air kitchenette with grill in the garden. Simply adorable! Easy to use and to wash. Next to pergola shaded table.
Free WiFi Internet access and secure private parking. A charging station for EVs is available as part of the private covered parking. More comfort, less stress.
Extra baby cot and feeding chair available upon request, extra charged. Pets welcome, extra charged. No hidden prices (tourist taxes are price included).

EXTRA CHARGES:
Baby bed – 7 €/day.
Pets – 7 €/day.
Final cleaning-up of the apartment – 50€.
The above mentioned prices include tourist taxes and sheets and towels (changed weekly).
Payment of the total amount of the sistemation is upon arrival, with a 100 € damage deposit. If no damage was observed, the deposit is given back upon departure, after inspection of the apartment.
The check-in is from 2 pm upon arrival and the check-out is until 10 am on departure.
Our garden pool is a fun fresh corner and relaxing meeting point. Guests from the Cherry and Grape apartments share the pool (max 8 persons), open from May to October. Pool water is not chlorinated, it is changed every season and desinfected with salt. Natural, healthy and safe.

We are happy to accommodate your muzzles and make sure you enjoy walking, swimming and discovering the surroundings together. More information about BIZJAK. info We have two modern furnished flats with a large terrace, a green area with lots of flowers, relaxation area, swimming pool, garden kitchen with barbecue under the "Pergola" and playground for children. Of course, there is everywhere a Wi-Fi connection for email and social networks to look for events and local weather forecasts ... The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, ideal for rest and relaxation. In their migrations, nature lovers will be different kinds of endemic plants in the area and hear the song of birds in the morning, pheasants and animals sounds of the forest evening. For many years we are happy bewierten our guests, emphasizing hospitality and family atmosphere. We try to make your holiday a unique experience, with proposals for fun, carefree and wonderful moments. The sea is 350 meters away, but there are viles beaches less than 5 km, mainly rocky, but also gravel and sandy. Sports and leisure facilities are also nearby.
