Would you like to enjoy real peace, beautiful nature, and pure sea air with lovely beaches?
'Onderdemolen 70' is a holiday home with a unique unobstructed view. It is located in the child-friendly holiday park 'Buitenplaats Onderdemolen' in Stellendam. The house is suitable for 5 people and has a cozy living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom for 2 people with a bunk bed. The beds are: 90x200cm.
The bathroom is small but fully equipped with a shower cabin, a toilet, and a washbasin.
Via a steep staircase in the living room you reach the mezzanine where there are 2 sleeping areas. In the first sleeping area there are 2 beds of 90x200cm. Next to it is another bedroom with a single bed of 90x200cm.
A travel cot is also available in the holiday home. From the living room you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the garden. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can walk straight into the garden, where you can sit in privacy and enjoy nature. In the living room you can watch TV using a Chromecast or play DVDs. There are also various books and games available in the house.
You can park your car next to the holiday home in a private parking space. The holiday park Buitenplaats Onderdemolen is spaciously laid out with old trees and there are 183 holiday homes. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the old harbor of Stellendam, the nature reserves and dunes of the 'Scheelhoek', 'de Kwade Hoek', the 'Slikken van Flakkee' and the beach of Stellendam. The North Sea, Lake Grevelingen and the Haringvliet largely surround the mostly natural island of Goeree-Overflakkee. The North Sea resort Ouddorp with its beautiful wide sandy beaches is only a 10-minute drive from Stellendam.
The holiday park has a playground with climbing equipment, a tennis court, a boules court, a trampoline, and a football field. In the recreation room there is a table football game and a ping pong table.
The public indoor and outdoor swimming pool of the municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee is 50 meters from the holiday park. You can enjoy delicious dining in the area: fresh fish at the harbor or fine dining in Goedereede. Or have a cozy meal at a restaurant in Stellendam.
There is much to see and do on the South Holland islands of Goeree-Overflakkee, Voorne Putten, and in Zeeland.
Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy themselves with a mountain bike trail and various water sports opportunities nearby.
The holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. This holiday home is not rented to young people and is only intended for recreational rental.
There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the holiday park which you can use free of charge.
Bed linen can be booked for 7.50 Euro per person.
You must bring your own bath and kitchen linen.
There are 2 bicycles in the shed. These are not part of the rental but may be used at your own responsibility and risk.
There is also a barbecue available. There is a supermarket with a large assortment at 1 km distance.
In addition to the rental costs, we ask for a deposit of 150,- Euro.
The tourist tax of 2,- Euro p. p. p. n. will be settled with the deposit after the stay.
Gas will be charged according to consumption.

The holiday home is part of the beautiful green spacious holiday park 'Onderdemolen' in Stellendam. It is located on the beautiful island of Goeree-Overflakkee. Close to the great beaches of Ouddorp. Nearby are picturesque places such as Goedereede, Brielle and Middelharnis. You can enjoy shopping in the indoor shopping centre of Hellevoetsluis. Nature is very beautiful. Various walking routes lead you through beautiful dune areas.

Cozy vacation apartment
The house is functionally furnished, has everything you need, and is very clean. It is centrally located in the park, yet quiet. Communication with the landlords was always helpful and supportive. We will definitely come back.

Recommended accommodation
We felt very comfortable from the beginning in house No. 70.
We liked the good amenities with a modern kitchen and bathroom, as well as the cozy living/dining room. We quickly got used to the steep staircase.
We also enjoyed the spacious terrace with a view of the park.
We thank the van Heijst family for the nice welcome gift with treats and fresh flowers!!

Absolutely recommended
Very nicely furnished and spotless apartment with everything you need and a lovely little garden. The communication with the very friendly landlords couldn't have been more pleasant. Every email was answered in detail within a very short time, and upon our arrival, we even found gifts. We enjoyed the vacation very much and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The 5 stars are absolutely deserved by both the apartment and the hosts. Also at this point, many thanks again. We would love to come back and can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience.
