Our Feelgood in Casa Pippo is only occupied by one guest at a time. If there are two or four of you using only the main house, the Piccolo will remain locked and will not be rented out. If four of you use both houses or arrive with more than 4 people, the guest house will also be rented out / for an additional charge.
Our Casa Pippo contains 2 bedrooms + bathrooms as well as our Dependance Piccolo with bedroom and living area with high-quality sofa bed. The independent houses are only rented together or when renting the main house, the Piccolo remains locked. The entire property and the pool are just for you.
Inside:
Hotel box spring beds, custom made kitchens and built-in wardrobes, dining tables and vanities made of 300 year old Hamburg oak, raw steel combined with antique chests of drawers. Cosy sofas, free-hanging Focus Slim fireplace, wine fridge, 2 fridges and freezers, high-quality crockery, Güde knives, fully automatic coffee machine.
All living and sleeping areas have air conditioning, the living and bathroom areas have underfloor heating. Our house is secured with alarm and video camera system.
Outside:
Our pool is 54sqm, 1.50m deep and has a shallow spiagga area. A heat pump ensures a pleasant temperature even in the cool months. ( as it is still under construction, there are no final photos at the moment )
The outdoor kitchen with Beefer and Plancha Grill including a large gas flame let you create perfect dinners. Then you are spoilt for choice as to which of the many dining areas to set up. We offer a total of 4 outdoor dining areas and 2 dining tables in the houses.
On the east terrace for sunshine at autumn breakfast? On the north terrace in midsummer for the pleasure of shade? Or in May for "I want the complete sea view on the roof terrace table", the in-laws prefer to take the small dining area under the olive tree? No problem - everyone as they like it.
After the beach, a quick dip in the warm pool and then an aperitif on our martini terrace. Walled in the pool area, you have a view of the setting sun at any time of the year - the name is no coincidence. Or later, on the large lounge corner by the free-hanging outdoor fireplace, because the Fiano (special white wine from the area) tastes even better with a view of the sea?

Location and surroundings of object
We are located in the middle of the olive groves, without direct neighbours - but without being completely lonely. There are a few inhabited houses or holiday homes nearby. D
Around our two houses there are about 350 sqm of terraces, covered terrace areas, paths and access roads. A secluded warm outdoor shower provides a real holiday feeling.
The rest of the 10.000 sqm property is about 500 sqm lawn, 800 sqm flower meadow and about 8.000 sqm olive grove. Figs, pears. Nespola and almond trees grow on the whole property and may be harvested with pleasure. .
Our house is situated at the end of the 250m long property and the driveway through the olive grove and cactus landscape is just unbelievably beautiful.
Please turn left coming out of the gate to go for a walk. On the right is a small masseria with a Volpino , Maremmano pack that takes its job very seriously :-)

| The electricity meter will be read on arrival and departure. We will pay the difference minus a flat rate for normal electricity. The electricity you have to pay concerns : the air conditioners, heating of the pool. Sauna (from 2024), underfloor heating. As we have a photovoltaic system, this sum will be manageable. |

We are perfectly located for a quick trip to the sea : the beach of Spechiolla is reached in 5 minutes by car and Carovigno with great restaurants in 7km.
We are the perfect starting point for sightseeing, as you can reach any town worth seeing within a radius of 30-50 km. Ostuni, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo and many more...

In 2011 we were in Puglia for the first time and fell in love. Especially in the towns of Carovigno and Ostuni. With the great cuisine, the beautiful architecture, the endless olive groves, the people, the colours of Italy and with our two foundling dogs Caramella & Pippo. Every year the longing drove us to the south and in 2021 we decided: we want more. Said. Done. Sought. Found: Feelgood in Casa Pippo. Our wish is not only to create a holiday home, but a temporary home. Comfortable, high quality, all-inclusive, with a feel-good character and a little luxury. Our locations are dog-friendly, close to the sea, detached, true privacy, with a garden around and connected to nature.
