It can only be booked from Sunday to Sunday.
It is a small apartment about 5 km from Porto S. Stefano, overlooking the "Cala Moresca" bay, from which both the Argentarola island and the Giglio island can be seen.

It is part of a consortium of 10 houses.
The only common feature is the swimming pool (10x20 m with double depth; open from mid-June to mid-September). The homeowners are businessmen or wealthy retirees who want to spend their holidays here in peace, tranquility, and courtesy.
For this reason, they offer and demand these three things from everyone who spends their holidays in this house.
The house has a reserved parking space (no. 1), which is located a bit lower than the entrance of the house. A second car can be parked in the 3-4 free parking spaces near the stairs leading to the pool. The apartment can be reached after a few steps.

To reach the entrance of the apartment, you pass under a pergola.
The entrance of the apartment is located in front of a small square that serves as a passage for two other apartments.
However, this apartment, unlike the others, has the exclusive use of a garden that is only 5 meters away from the pergola. A garden from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea: You will be happy to have breakfast or dinner in this corner of paradise during your vacations.

The apartment has a spacious living room with table, chairs, refrigerator with freezer, sofa and double sofa bed. From the living room, a sliding door leads to the kitchenette, equipped with a washing machine (but no dishwasher). From the living room, you can access the hallway on the left to the sleeping area, where the bathroom with tub/shower is right in front of us and the bedroom with a double bed is on the right, also equipped with a single bed. The bedroom also has a French door with access to a very small garden at the back of the house.
