Description
With approx. 150 sqm, it offers enough space at ground level for up to 6 people. The house stands alone on a large plot and thus offers ideal opportunities for relaxation. The large unheated outdoor pool is operated chlorine-free with salt water, so that nothing stands in the way of hours of swimming pleasure. The solar shower next to the pool provides a limited supply of hot water for showering off after bathing.
There are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) with their own satellite TV, air conditioning, flyscreen blinds on the windows and each with its own bathroom (with WC and walk-in shower with real glass shower partition). A washing machine is available for free use in the separate guest toilet.
A large living room with satellite TV, with open, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table offer all guests enough space for cosy get-togethers.
In the evening, you can relax on the west-facing outdoor terrace. The charcoal or wood grill integrated into the outdoor kitchen is located outside next to the covered dining table with seating for 6.

The house is located in the small Istrian village of Kunj - a small and original village in the quiet hinterland.
Kunj is about 6 km or 15 minutes by car from the beautiful town of Labin with the tourist district of Rabac on the east coast, where there are both wonderful natural and built beaches. All the usual water sports are available there (diving, surfing, SUP, jet skiing, etc.)
The house is therefore an excellent starting point for tours around Istria for visiting the wine roads and medieval towns.

Relaxation in the Villa Lavanda
We, two adults + two 17-year-old adults ;-), felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Villa Lavanda. We particularly liked the spacious outdoor area with the pool and table tennis table, both of which we used extensively. We were also able to start various bike tours from the villa. We found everything as described and explained by Ms. Niedernhuber in advance, a very well-equipped holiday home. Thank you again!
