The holiday home "rund achtern" in Cuxhaven-Döse has 65 sqm of living space, optimally divided over two floors:
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living and dining room with access to the terrace and the small garden, the separate, well-equipped new kitchen, hallway, storage room and a modern guest toilet.
Via the stairs you reach the upper floor with a spacious shower room, a double bedroom (double bed with two mattresses of 90x200 cm each), attached to it a baby or toddler room (equipped with a baby bed 60x120 cm and a cot 80x200 cm) and a twin room (two single beds, each 90x200 cm).
On the terrace you will find garden furniture, in the garden hut there are cushion pads, a sunshade, a handcart and two bicycles.
Right next to the house you can park your car in the shady car park.
The rental prices listed here are calculated for a standard occupancy with 2 adults and already include 7% VAT, 2.75% overnight tax and the spa guest contribution for 2 adults. For occupancy with more than two persons aged 16 and over, additional costs of 3.80 euros per night will be incurred for each additional person (>16 years), which must be paid by me to the town of Cuxhaven.
In addition, there is a one-time fee for the final cleaning of 89 euros per stay and, if desired, the costs for laundry packages (ready-made beds and one set of towels per person).

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the Steinmarne holiday park, a small, well-kept residential complex with 3 x 3 terraced houses, in a dead-end street.
The location between Döse and Duhnen, the two most sought-after districts of Cuxhaven, is convincing due to short distances. The house is centrally and quietly located, the wide sandy beach is only 350 metres away on foot. The shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants can also be reached quickly from here.

Dreamily beautiful, modern house in a prime location
We spent very relaxing vacation days by the sea in the house "rund achtern" with five people. The house is modernly furnished, clean, bright, friendly, very cleverly and functionally designed, making use of every meter of space. It is located in a very quiet area, yet the beach, supermarket, and bakery are quickly reachable on foot. Furthermore, it is equipped with everything you need - whether in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the broom closet, in the garage, or with play materials in the living room - no wish remains unfulfilled.
The service provided by the on-site house management is reliable and straightforward, and the contact with the landlord beforehand is very friendly and accommodating.
Unreservedly recommended.

Very nice holiday home,
Very lovingly furnished holiday home with a suitable focus on Cuxhaven.
Well equipped, with all the things you need.
