Description

Beautiful house 250m2 distributed in three floors. It has 6 bedrooms, living room, two terraces and four bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. It has all the comforts of an urban house: mains water, electricity, self-consumption station, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, wifi, stone oven outside next to the swimming pool and picnic area, on a plot of 20,000 m2.
The ground floor of the house houses the common rooms; the double-height living-dining room is presided over by a fireplace made of terracotta tiles surrounded by large sofas integrated into the structure, with the dining room part having a large table with enough capacity for all the guests. A round arch leads to the kitchen, which preserves a rural aesthetic thanks to some elements such as an old chestnut table, the cupboard and an "economical wood-burning cooker". It is very complete as it is equipped with all the necessary modern elements: oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and an excellent gas cooker.
On the same floor there is also an independent family flat for four people with a double bed, two single beds, a convertible sofa and a complete bathroom. It is suitable for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility.
The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms with integrated bathrooms and two bedrooms with single beds served by a full bathroom.
Finally, the attic floor consists of a large bedroom with a king-size bed surrounded by large windows that provide great luminosity and allow you to contemplate the views of the entire property, with access to a solarium terrace.
The exteriors are made up of several different areas, with a large garden of various heights presided over by two centenary holm oaks, a play area, an organic saltwater swimming pool, a solarium, a terrace, a barbecue area and a picnic area adjacent to the main house.
The home textiles and amenities have been selected for maximum relaxation and comfort, as well as other details such as extensive cooking utensils and crockery for all guests.
All the rooms of the villa have an independent air conditioning system.
