Wir waren in der Wohnung 5 der Villa Anni schon zum 2. Mal. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit großer Terrasse. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Super auch der eigene Parkplatz. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Very nice vacation apartment, centrally located but quiet, with upscale furnishings. Wishes are quickly and easily fulfilled by Paradies Rügen. Friendly support that is not accessible through a call center, but is directly approachable, competent, and helpful. Great experience and had a lovely vacation. We would love to come back.

We were in apartment 5 of Villa Anni for the second time. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a large terrace. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. The private parking is great too. We will come back.

It was like coming home. We felt great again in the apartment. It is very well-maintained and equipped very comfortably. The reception during the key pickup was very friendly. The holiday apartment was very clean and the bedrooms were nicely arranged. The towels were beautifully folded on the beds. The service had made every effort. We were thrilled!!! This is how a vacation begins. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Bus stop in close proximity.

Very friendly reception when handing over the keys and information materials. Very nice cozy apartment that is also designed for (really) 4 people. There is also enough storage space for washing utensils in the bathroom. Ground-level shower - super. Surroundings very good and also shopping opportunities very close by. Initial supplies of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. were sufficiently available. Thank you very much.

It is a super beautiful apartment, nothing is missing!!! Also, the parking space in the underground garage is great. We felt completely at home. Location is excellent, everything is easily accessible on foot. The ladies at the key handover were super friendly. Great service!!!

Very tastefully furnished apartment and enough space for 4 adults. Quiet yet central location. The only downside is the unshaded balcony; a canopy or a sun umbrella would have been nice. Additionally, there was unfortunately no microwave, but that's nitpicking at a high level. Despite that, this apartment is definitely recommended.

Short: Arrival: from Stralsund via the bridge or from Glewitz by ferry (for a fee) Cleanliness: very good Furnishings: modern, functional, and high-quality Location: centrally located and quiet, good access to public transportation Shopping: drugstore, groceries, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy within walking distance Beach: very clean, beach chair for a fee (useful for longer rental periods, as beach items can stay in the chair) (rented for 3 weeks and nothing was lost); Accessibility via road, stairs, or inclined lift (for a fee); Children's playground at the beach entrance Public toilets: sufficient number at the beach, very clean (usage with health card) Dining: various restaurants in the town and on the beach promenade, fish stands and bratwurst, ice cream and coffee Entertainment: changing offers in the spa park, weekly market with souvenirs and other vendors Surroundings/Activities: many possibilities: Binz, Sellin, Stralsund Ozeaneum and city center, Granitz Castle (stop for the Rasender Roland) (from Binz with the Tschu-Tschu-Bahn) Arkona, Prora, Hiddensee, treetop path in Göhren direct stop for Rasender Roland, village museum, dock for boat trips
