Wonderful quiet location, nice separation from the neighbors by high bushes and trees. / / Unfortunately, the driveway is not suitable for normal cars, so one always has to park very steeply down below. Additionally, a few sun loungers would be quite pleasant.

Wonderful quiet location, nice separation from the neighbors by high bushes and trees. / / Unfortunately, the driveway is not suitable for regular cars, so you always have to park very steeply down below. Great layout of the kitchen and living area Recommendations: The driveway to the property or to the parking lot is unusually steep for Denmark. A problem without all-wheel drive. Therefore not suitable for older people or people with disabilities.

It is a fine fully furnished house in a beautiful location. But there are a few points of attention. The garden is poorly maintained and the bathroom needs maintenance. The stopper in the sink is loose and broken. There is mold on the floor/wall in the shower area. The shower hose is dirty and rusted.
