It is poorly maintained, beams are rotten, refrigerator smells of old fish, bathroom smells like a sewer, mold, windows are poorly cleaned. Equipment good, location very good.

quiet location with a view of the sea, only 2 min. walk via a small path directly from the house to the beach, good room layout with enough space even at max. possible number of people. Equipment sufficient and basically okay. However, some of the furnishings need to be replaced (all mattresses with mold spots, although there are quite new toppers on top but not really nice). There was also a lack of a summary info about the house and, for example, important contacts, phone numbers, etc. (Operating instructions only partially available, information on meter reading not available) However, the cleanliness of the house was absolutely unsatisfactory upon arrival. This raises the question of whether a final cleaning was carried out or if it was checked. In the living room, there were glass shards, empty, dirty beverage bottles, and cookie crumbs scattered around, the dishes and pots were not or very inadequately washed, and there were bread and other crumbs in the kitchen drawers. In a bedroom, the blind's stopper was defective.

Very old house but in a reasonable condition. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The location is good with a view of the Baltic Sea through the trees. A quiet property without visibility from neighbors. The sleeping arrangements on the upper floor are not suitable for smaller children. A steep ladder leads up and the hatch cannot be bypassed or secured. Risk of falling. The cleanliness of the house is to be criticized. This has been pointed out for a long time according to the guestbook.

The location of this house is really great, just 3 minutes walk to the dog beach, but even without an animal companion the stone beach is a lot of fun. The sauna, the whirlpool and the fireplace were my incentive for booking the house and of course the price in the low season (I was there alone at the beginning of March, 24)

The house is advertised as a fishing house, but that is not true! The fillet station was not connected to the water pipe and served more as a garbage station. The freezer stated to be 60 - 99 L did not have 99L. / Overall the house was OK, although the outdoor area, chairs and tables were not cleaned and were full of birds. Overall the outdoor area was not cleaned!!!!! / The Dan service was not reachable by phone, not even via the hotline! / You had to drive directly to the location to discuss the complaints, there was no response by phone. Hence my poor rating of the service. / It's a shame because the house is actually good.
