The minimum rental period is 3 days.
The costs for the final cleaning are 45 Euro.

The rental price includes all equipment such as bed linen, towels, cleaning materials, etc.
Ground floor flat with beautiful sunny terrace ,seating and parasol ,directly in front of the kitchen door at the garden house.
No pets allowed. Free parking for car or motorbike.
Bicycle storage in the garden house.
Non-smoking flat, of course smoking is allowed directly in front of the door on the terrace.

Bedroom: modern new box spring bed, large 5-door bedroom wardrobe.

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
