This delightful detached holiday home is located only a few minutes' walk (approx. 300 m) from the crystal-clear sea and white sandy beach of "Guventeddu" NORA and approx. 2 km from the idyllic holiday resort of PULA (approx. 6,000 inhabitants) on a fenced garden plot with a well-kept green area. The well-known archaeological sights, the ancient excavations of the ruins of a sunken city from the Roman age directly on the sea of NORA are also in the immediate vicinity. Recommended restaurants are within walking distance.

The beautiful village of PULA offers all kinds of shopping, leisure and service facilities. Excellent restaurants will spoil you with Sardinian menus. In the months of July to September, entertainment is provided every evening on the "Piazza" and there is no chance of boredom. The amusement park "BLUFAN" with its super water slides is about 4 km away - a pleasure for young and old. The golf course "Is Molas" (18 holes) is about 6 km away. Horse riding, sports and cultural attractions are offered throughout the region. All the other beautiful sandy beaches of this region, such as "St`Margherita" - "Chia" and "Tuerredda" can be reached quickly via the coastal road.

The capital CAGLIARI with its airport is approx. 32 km away. Journey from OLBIA approx. 3 hours and from ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours.
