Description
The apartment has a pleasant size of 53 sqm and is located in the holiday area Friedrichskoog - Spitze. It offers a large south-facing terrace with a beach chair and a view of the dike.
The apartment has a living room and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) as well as a spacious shower bathroom with a window. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator incl. Ice compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand mixer, extractor hood as well as all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes.
A parking space for a car at the house is also included, bicycles can be parked directly in front of the entrance, a bicycle stand is available.
The overnight price includes water, electricity, and heating energy for 2 people. The final cleaning costs 60 euros. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guests themselves or can be booked for an additional fee (15 euros/person).

The apartment is located in a holiday area on a cul-de-sac and therefore has a very quiet location without traffic noise.
The beach access (green beach) as well as leisure and dining options are within walking distance of about 500 meters (bakery, ice cream café, tourism service, restaurants, bike rental, souvenirs, mini golf, and more).
Not far away in the town of Friedrichskoog (4 km) is the well-known seal station, and in the old harbor there are fish sandwiches. REWE and Edeka are also located there. In addition, many bicycle paths run through the region.
Friedrichskoog is a real insider tip for those seeking peace and relaxation, because the place is not as crowded as the well-known tourist destinations Büsum or St. Peter-Ording. Anyone who spends their vacation here consciously forgoes hustle and bustle, everyday stress, and glitz. The leisure activities have a strong connection to nature; you can feel the wind and the sea air. A mudflat hike in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site or a walk on the Trischendamm is highly recommended for every guest.
The towns of Marne, Meldorf, and Brunsbüttel can be reached after a short drive, and there you can discover small shopping streets, churches, and the locks of the Kiel Canal. Dithmarschen is down-to-earth and you can still stop in at one of the country inns here for an inexpensive meal like at home, or enjoy homemade cakes or pies in one of the farm cafés.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. The dike reinforcement and the redesign of the spa park were completed in 2025. Friedrichskoog now has the Trischendiek beach, a barrier-free accessible beach, and 2 new piers that extend up to 250 meters into the Wadden Sea. The Trischendiek Park (spa park) has also reopened after redesign and offers seating and sports facilities as well as space for events such as the popular open-air concerts during the season. On the Trischendamm you can walk up to 2.5 kilometers into the Wadden Sea with dry feet and immerse yourself in the local flora and fauna and watch magnificent sunsets over the sea.

Holiday apartment North Sea Love Friedrichskoog Spitze
A very nice vacation, although the dike is still closed at the moment, which is also stated in the description. The landlady Mrs. Eggers Paustian and her husband were very nice and helpful. Everything just fit perfectly.

Our dreamy North Sea vacation in Friedrichskoog
My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable week in the holiday apartment in Friedrichskoog on the North Sea. The location, just 500 m from the beach, was perfect for our romantic vacation. The holiday apartment was super clean, well equipped, and provided us with a comfortable stay. A special highlight was the visit to the nearby seal station, where we gained fascinating insights into the lives of these wonderful animals. The combination of proximity to the beach, cozy accommodation, and interesting activities like the seal station made our vacation truly special. Overall, an experience that we would love to repeat.
