The flat has a pleasant size of 53 sqm and is located in the holiday area Friedrichskoog - Spitze. It offers a large south-facing terrace with beach chair and dike view.
The flat has a living room and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious shower room with window. The kitchen is equipped with fridge incl. icebox, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, egg boiler, hand mixer, extractor bonnet as well as all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery.
A parking space at the house is also included, bicycles can be parked directly in front of the entrance.
The price includes water, electricity and heating for 2 persons. The final cleaning costs 50 Euro. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The flat is located in the holiday area in a dead end street and therefore has a very quiet location without traffic noise.
The beach access (green beach) and the leisure and gastronomy facilities are within walking distance of approx. 500 metres (bakery, ice cream parlour, tourist service, restaurants, bicycle rental, souvenirs, mini golf, etc.).
Not far away in the village of Friedrichskoog is the famous seal station and you can get fish sandwiches in the old harbour. REWE and Edeka are also located there. There are also many cycle paths through the region.
Friedrichskoog is a real insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet and relaxation, because the place is not as crowded as the well-known tourist resorts of Büsum or St. Peter-Ording. Those who spend their holidays here consciously do without hectic, everyday stress and chic. The leisure activities have a strong connection to nature, you can feel the wind and the sea. A mudflat hike in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site or a walk on the Trischendamm is highly recommended for every guest.
Dithmarschen is down-to-earth and you can still stop off at one of the country inns at a reasonable price and eat like you did at home or enjoy homemade cakes or pies in one of the farm cafés.

Our dreamy North Sea vacation in Friedrichskoog
My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable week in the holiday apartment in Friedrichskoog on the North Sea. The location, just 500 m from the beach, was perfect for our romantic vacation. The holiday apartment was super clean, well equipped, and provided us with a comfortable stay. A special highlight was the visit to the nearby seal station, where we gained fascinating insights into the lives of these wonderful animals. The combination of proximity to the beach, cozy accommodation, and interesting activities like the seal station made our vacation truly special. Overall, an experience that we would love to repeat.

Summer vacation in the rain.
Nice, small, clean holiday apartment sufficiently large for two people. Everything needed for living was there. Everything was labeled with small stickers. The beds are comfortable with different firmness levels. Sun terrace with beach chair - but unfortunately only rain.

Cozy holiday apartment to feel comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the vacation apartment. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the beautiful green beach and the surroundings are pleasantly quiet. There are also some inviting restaurants within walking distance, which we rarely visited due to the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment really has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Whether it's the cozy furnishings, the beautiful garden, or the attentively compiled folder of activities that alerted us to one of our destinations. There was really nothing missing, and if we were to go on vacation in Friedrichskoog again, we would definitely want to stay in this apartment again.
