We found our vacation in your holiday apartment to be completely successful. Everything was there in the smallest space. It was clean and tidy. One could quickly get to the town from there. We would come back anytime and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay with you!

Very nice handling by the apartment agency. The departure time could also be easily postponed (the flight was later). The apartment was kept simple, but overall the price-performance ratio fits well (especially for Sylt). Regarding the apartment agency, I can very well imagine taking the family along on the next training and booking a suitable accommodation through "Sylt to hus." Thank you for everything!

I would have liked to stay longer. Next time! Tastefully and quality furnished. A microwave and a covered bike rack would have been nice. One star deduction due to customer contact: poor telephone accessibility, at the key handover I was not told how to get to the accommodation on foot, my printed city map was deemed "stupid"; instead, I was recommended to take a taxi or use Google Maps, and the bus lines 1 and 3 were not mentioned. When the phone rang, I was (after 7 hours. Arrival) left uncommented. Upon arrival at the house, 3 call attempts were necessary to find out which apartment Kaya is and where it is located. The key handover only taking place after 4 PM is also unusually late.
