The holiday apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and has a side sea view. The furnishings are modern and like new, the equipment is great. However, with 3 or even 4 people, it can get a bit cramped. The second bedroom, for example, has no wardrobe, the first only has a nightstand on one side of the bed, and there is hardly any space for a coat rack in the hallway. Nevertheless, we really liked it. We have repeatedly noticed an older lady who constantly reminds all guests of all the "house rules." For example, we took the liberty of leaving the front door open for 5 minutes to bring in our luggage. That is apparently strictly forbidden. Another family was told by her to leave the stroller in the garbage room and not to place it in the quite spacious area next to the elevators, which does not prohibit that either. Whether it is an unfriendly vacationer or the frustrated caretaker is not known. If it is an employee, a conversation is urgently needed! However, this has of course nothing to do with the great apartment that we would like to book again.
