It should perhaps be mentioned in the object description that the underground garage has a height of only 1.85m.

We were very excited. Especially about the swimming pool that is in the house. The apartment is very nicely and modernly furnished. I had no problem with the underground garage, where many say it is no longer up to date, despite the station wagon.

The apartment is nice in itself; you can tell that the owners have put thought into it. What we are missing, however, is either a sunshade or an awning, as the evening sun completely falls into the apartment and warms it up a lot. Without shade, you can hardly sit on the balcony. Otherwise, the location is good, the house is very quiet, and all the guests were very nice to each other. The underground garage is very tight; you have to maneuver properly and hope that everyone is parked in the middle, otherwise it doesn't work. There is NO stairwell from the underground garage; you have to take the elevator. Knauff could add that it is house number 11C.
