Location and surroundings of object
Kaltenhof is an idyllic, quiet place on the northern side of the island of Poel that invites you to dream and relax. Surrounded by lots of nature, you can reach the fine sandy beach "Schwarzer Busch" in a few minutes' walk at a distance of 500 metres. The popular bathing beach is particularly popular with families due to its gently sloping water and wide sandy beach.
The adjacent promenade also offers you various gastronomic establishments and exciting leisure activities, such as mini golf or an indoor playground. Shops for your daily needs can also be reached from Kaltenhof in just a few minutes by bike or car. The numerous cycling and hiking trails are the best way to explore the unspoilt island of Poel. You are welcome to rent bicycles and purchase cycling and hiking maps from our office.
The nearby town of Wismar with its medieval town centre is a World Heritage Site and is always worth a visit.

We had a wonderful time together.
We had a very nice time at Haus Sansibar. The house is very well equipped, we lacked nothing! The garden is nice and spacious, and is fenced in! Ideal for a family with children!

Beautiful holiday home in a good location on the island of Poel
During the 14 days of our stay on the island Poel in the holiday home Sansibar in Kaltenhof, we felt very comfortable. During the rather cold weather in the first week, the sauna, fireplace, and cozy living area served us well. With the summer temperatures, we were able to enjoy the spacious garden with terrace and lounge area - in comparison to many surrounding holiday properties. The equipment of the property including the kitchen is very complete and left nothing to be desired for us. The booking process and handling on-site were uncomplicated. We are happy to recommend the holiday home Sansibar!

Beautiful house
The holiday home Sansibar really appealed to us. It is located almost directly by the sea and in a relaxed environment, a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The house itself is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was even Lego in the attic for the children! We really enjoyed our time there and can recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed break with the family.

Top house - clear recommendation!
Very tastefully decorated and equipped, everything is there. The beds are comfortable. Nicely located in a quiet area and not far from the beach - we were able to relax excellently. We really liked it and we will definitely come back!

Great house with large garden
The house is very well equipped. The parking places are directly in front of the house. The converted attic provides plenty of space for everyone. The garden borders on a public "organic" lawn with a small lake. The keys were provided via a code for a key box - it worked well. The beach is not far away and not as crowded as other beaches. Clear recommendation!
