With its own wellness area, private lake access, 7 bedrooms and space for around 14 people. 420 m² for families, friends or as a company hideaway for teambuilding & workshops. At Lake Weissensee in Carinthia - the clearest bathing lake in the Alps. The large communal dining table made of solid oak with a cosy corner bench comfortably seats 14 people. All bedrooms are south-facing with a magnificent view of the shimmering blue-white lake. The 5 main rooms on the first floor are all exclusively equipped with a large balcony, WC and shower. In the attic there is a sauna & infrared, bathtub + relaxation area with a view of the lake.

At the Franzerl, you holiday directly at the clearest and highest bathing lake in the Alps. Due to unique geographic and geological conditions, the crystal-clear water of Lake Weissensee warms up to 24 degrees in summer and regularly offers the largest prepared natural ice surface in Europe in winter. The lake with its shimmering turquoise shores is located south of the Hohe Tauern, away from any through traffic in a small high valley at just under 1,000 metres above sea level.
