The former ferry house is located directly on the river Treene and is a very well-equipped holiday and seminar property. The absolutely quiet location near the village of Fresendelf offers ideal opportunities for relaxation, but also for seminars and team meetings. Fresendelf is located in the Eider-Treene-Sorge area and has good transport links to Friedrichstadt and Husum.
A 40-square-metre winter garden extends the outdoor season.
Especially for anglers the location is top in all seasons. There are several opportunities for swimming on the Treene. Canoeing directly from the house

The Eider- Treene- Sorge river landscape is a rural inland region. At the heart of the region, the three rivers that give it its name - the Eider, Treene and Sorge - form the largest lowland area in the northernmost federal state.
In the western part, the region borders on the North Sea and the Eiderstedt peninsula. The Eider lowlands and the Kiel Canal form the southern border of the region.
The Eider- Treene- Sorge river landscape has the largest contiguous lowland area in Schleswig-Holstein. Its rich natural features and great biological diversity make it one of the most outstanding landscapes in the state. Characteristic features are the extensive grassland lowlands of the rivers Eider, Treene and Sorge with interspersed upland and lowland moors and natural shallow lakes, from which the old moraine remains (Holme) covered with curtilages protrude like islands.
