Holiday home directly by the sea on the outskirts of Alcossebre on the Costa del Azahar in Spain.

There are 3 separate bedrooms each with ceiling fan and
2 separate bathrooms.

In the living area there is a large couch, a dining table and a large LED flatscreen with internet access for Amazon Prime and Netflix.

Bed linen and towels and also bath towels for the beach are sufficiently available in the flat.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for a household of 6 people.

In the garden there are 6 deckchairs, a Weber gas barbecue, table and chairs
and many beautiful places to let your soul dangle.
You can always choose when you want sun or shade throughout the day.

In the entrance area there is enough space for 1 car.
There are also free parking spaces in front of the house.

On the ground floor there is a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Location and surroundings of object

A quiet place to relax and unwind for the whole family.
The nearest beach is about 1200 metres away, and it takes about 5 minutes by bike.
The centre of Alcossebre is about 2000 metres away.
The whole area to the sea and the town centre is very flat, so everything is easy to overcome on foot or by bike.

The Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast) stretches south from Tarragona to Valencia and is - as its name suggests - characterised by orange groves. In addition, there are olive and almond trees, so that there is always a green sight throughout the year. In a land where oranges (and lemons) blossom, the climate makes you feel like you're in Arcadia, because it goes without saying that this Mediterranean coastal zone has around 300 days of sunshine and no winter. Alcossebre is the only coastal town without residential towers, and all the inhabitants are proud of this. It has been possible to avoid the settlement and urbanisation mistakes of other places, so that between Alcossebre and Peniscola (approx. 20 km) the longest green zone (or nature reserve) on the Mediterranean coast of Spain lies directly on the sea, but is protected from the interior by mountains (Sierra de Irta, nature reserve). This means that sea and mountains (swimming and hiking) are combined here in the immediate vicinity. Another advantage of this geographical peculiarity is the "quietness", because all traffic routes ( national road, motorway, railway) are behind the mountain, so they are not far away ( motorway exit about 10 km), but not "noticeable".
Alcoceber has several sandy beaches, which are always rated very good (blue flag) in the ADAC ratings, sand dunes and smaller bays that are worth visiting. Leisure activities are of course available and start with the sports harbour (with gastronomic-international variety) including all "water-usual" sports such as fishing, sailing, swimming, diving, surfing, golf, tennis, mountain biking/biking, horse riding and sightseeing offers, so that this can only be answered adequately (and interest-oriented) on request.
