Welcome to a wonderful cabin with a large roof terrace where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of forest and sea. Enjoy breakfast with honey from a nearby farm shop in the large living room with open kitchen on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Walking distance to the beach. In the cottage area, there are tennis courts, bowling alley, volleyball court and a nice playground. Possible to rent a boat, or you can use the taxi boat to the district's most exciting places or take a trip with the Øysang ferry, Norway's oldest wooden boat ferry, which runs between Risør and Øysang. At Jegertunet holiday center in the neighborhood there is a heated outdoor swimming pool open in summer, restaurant, kiosk, and an interior design shop. Fishing licenses for the fish rich Skarvannet can also be bought here. Otherwise, there is the possibility of coastal fishing not far from the cabin. At Stabbestad, 20 km away, there is a spa hotel and golf course as well as a mini-golf facility, and at the water's edge there is a beach club, harbor pool and kayak rental on the fjord. A visit to Kragerø in the north and Tvedestrand in the south is recommended. 'Den lille dyrehage' at Brokelandsheia with Norway's largest rainforest is only 20 km away. If you are considering a long weekend of relaxation in the winter outside the major winter destinations, this cabin can be recommended, with possibility of cross-country skiing on the illuminated trail at Søndeled (15 km). Vegårshei Ski and Activity Center with an alpine slope is also not far away.

The house was modern and especially the living/dining area was very nice. The rooftop terrace, which we unfortunately couldn't use often due to rain or cold, was otherwise great. Furthermore, it was located in a very quiet and natural environment.

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday home in Søndeled! The large terrace overlooking the forest was perfect for our morning coffee. The kids loved the playground nearby, and the beach was just a short drive away.

Great place for a family vacation! The kids had a lot of fun at the playground and the bowling alley nearby. We also used the boat rental for a trip on the water. The cabin was spacious with comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after an eventful day.

An absolutely delightful stay! The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the large rooftop terrace for our morning coffee while enjoying the breathtaking view of the forest and the sea. The nearby beach was perfect for our family outings, and the kids had fun at the playground.
