Description
Our really homely holiday home is situated close to the beach in a well-kept park. You can park your car directly on the property. You have the possibility to stock up on the necessary things of the day in a supermarket in the direct neighbourhood. We have completely renovated the interior of our house. The spacious bathroom has also been renovated to a high standard. The modern furnishings are also new. There are three bedrooms in the house (two with a double bed of 140 and 160 cm each) and a children's room with a bunk bed. Of course you have the possibility to use the WLAN. The spacious house has two terraces. One (at the back of the house) can be reached via the spacious sliding door. Another (in front of the house) has access through the dining room. Unpleasant pests are kept out via the insect screens and doors. In winter, the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. The kitchen equipment leaves you wanting for nothing.

Our house is quietly situated in the small park Belkmerduinen in Sint Maartenszee. You use 2 terraces, one of which is protected by a glass roof.
The beach is only a few minutes away.

Very nice vacation
We were now in this holiday home for the second time and will definitely come again. The communication with the landlord and housekeeper is excellent. Location, amenities, value for money are very good! We are already looking forward to our next vacation there.

We were not there for the first time and certainly not for the last. Everything you need and wish for is available. The service and support from Piet - exemplary! Always approachable and helpful, even beyond the 'normal' measure. The contact with the landlord, Mr. Vogt, is always excellent. We are already looking forward to the next vacation.

Top holiday home with pool.
Great, tastefully furnished holiday home in a quiet location, with two terraces, one of them covered, reliable service, a well-stocked store for all necessities and fresh bread just a few meters away, dunes and beach easily accessible - an unconditional recommendation.

Simply great!
We were in the Netherlands for the first time and couldn't have found a better first accommodation.
