The Nordmole 22 holiday flat is located on the Nordmole in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, in the middle of the Baltic Sea and surrounded by water on all sides. A dream for those seeking relaxation!
Wake up in the morning and immediately enjoy the sea view into the bay of the marina. The modern box spring double bed has 2 comfortable 90 x 200 cm mattresses. The open and modern designed living area with pull-out double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and the separate dining area offers a beautiful view of the bay, the marina, the beach and the Baltic Sea. In the evening, enjoy the sunset on the balcony with a dreamlike view over the water and watch sailboats returning to the marina. With a bit of luck, you may also see porpoises. In addition, the flat has a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality brand-name appliances, a bathroom with floor-deep shower, an extra guest WC and a 20 sqm roof terrace. Here you can relax in a modern beach chair and comfortable garden furniture. For your entertainment, there is fast Wi-Fi, a music system and 2 modern TVs with Sky programmes (Bundesliga HD, Sport1 HD, Cinema HD, Family HD). To ensure that you sleep well, all windows are equipped with high-quality blackout curtains. Other features include a permanent car parking space, lift, bicycle cellar with charging stations and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. The flat is also very suitable for allergy sufferers! Therefore, no pets are allowed and the location on the Baltic Sea is largely pollen-free.
The adjacent beach is only a few steps away and is located in a beautiful bay. The Weidefelder beach with beach chairs and restaurant is also only about 3 km away. We hope that you will feel comfortable in our flat and have a dream holiday!

The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is embedded in an incomparable nature and equipped with everything that makes a stay pleasant and varied all year round.
On the north pier, there is a private beach for guests at the Baltic Sea resort. There is plenty of space here for young and old to lie, play and swim.
The EDEKA market Hafenkante also offers a bakery and a restaurant area with a view of the harbour basin.
The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is located in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln on the Schlei, directly on the Baltic Sea.
The immediate vicinity of Weidefelder Strand, approx. 3 km away (incl. dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer), rounds off the holiday offer... In the southern part of the Baltic resort there is an adventure golf course. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbour promenade. In addition, there is fresh fish directly from the cutter, excursion traditional sailors, canoe and boat rentals and optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy.
