Description

Our 35 m² flat is suitable for up to three people. It is located in the basement of our house and, in addition to its own entrance from the outside and a daylight bathroom, has an open living/bedroom with kitchenette, a sitting and dining area with satellite TV and two single beds. In the adjoining small "snorer room" there is another bed and an additional satellite TV. The flat is friendly furnished, clean and offers many lovely details. It is perfect for two adults and is often used by fitters/workmen, as they can sleep separately. A parking space for larger vehicles can be provided directly at the house.

Our house is located in a quiet single-family housing estate on the outskirts of Mettmann. On the one hand, you can walk to the city centre in a few minutes, but you can also get out into the countryside just as quickly. Shopping facilities for daily needs can be found within a radius of 1m. The motorway is 10 minutes away by car. From there, you can reach Düsseldorf, the airport or the trade fair within a few minutes.
