Our luxury residences are perfect for large families or groups of friends, as they can accommodate up to 12 people.
Each residence has been equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as high-speed WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool and a TV, so guests can enjoy all the comforts of a holiday getaway. There is air conditioning in every room, so guests can be comfortable no matter what the temperature is outside.
Our residences are also pet-friendly, so you can bring your pet on holiday with the whole family.
The host is available to assist guests in Polish, providing support and assistance with any questions or problems. All of this makes our residences the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Each of the luxury residences where we host our clients has a private swimming pool, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening and equipped with a jacuzzi. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of excitement and activities.
The pools also have a waterfall which adds to the charm and unique atmosphere. Hearing the sound of the water and enjoying a cooling bath, guests can completely relax and forget their daily worries. The waterfall is also a great attraction for children, who can play under the stream of water and enjoy a moment of freedom and carefreeness.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

When going on holiday with family or friends - we have the opportunity to offer a private, professional chef to our Residences.
Let yourself be relieved from cooking and thinking about shopping! A private chef, whom you hire for the duration of your stay, will take care of the shopping and the cooking of dishes to suit individual tastes and take into account the diets of the individual trip participants.
How does the cook work?
He or she adapts to your expectations. He cooks in the kitchen of your residence. He arranges a dedicated menu, taking into account the needs of your entire group.
The chef will do the grocery shopping , so that you can concentrate on relaxing, because that's what holidays are for!
How much does this service cost?
The cost depends on the level of qualification and experience of the chosen chef.
A chef cooking for you for a week costs between $800 and $1500. If you would like to hire a chef for a longer period - e.g. for a whole month or more - the rate can be negotiated. The cost does not include the purchase of food products for your menu.
