Wonderful

Five of us (family) stayed with Nobby and his wife for a fortnight during the "high season". All in all, it was a wonderful holiday for us. Villa Pimlada was one of the decisive factors
We hit the bull's eye both in terms of the location and the style of construction and furnishings. The area is very quiet, which makes it ideal for a good night's sleep. At the same time, it is located in the middle of several very beautiful beaches, all of which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. In the end, we also appreciated the fact that we didn't stay in a tourist stronghold like Patong, which is characterised by traffic jams and crowded beaches. Rawei is even more pristine than the adjacent central part of Phuket. From Rawei harbour, you can also take boats to the many islands
The perfect cleanliness of the house should also be mentioned. Everything always worked. However, the internet is sometimes a bit slow
A suggestion might be to provide some kind of map with good restaurants and a few hints for the area
The highlights of our holiday were the "Green Elephant" tour and a day trip to Phang Nga National Park.
In any case, Thailand will definitely see us again, and if the family situation (the house is very big) fits, certainly with Nobby.

Hammer !

The villa is simply a dream and can only be recommended!
The landlords Nobby and Pimlada are super nice and helpful and were at our disposal day and night. The beaches, which are really only 5 minutes away by scooter, are just fantastic. Scooter rental and restaurants are also a short walk or scooter ride away. I can recommend the "restaurant" Tika's Massaman Place, which is just around the corner! Delicious Thai food for little money.

Now to the house ! The property is really a dream ! Super well kept and all the plants and palm trees round off the whole thing. The bedrooms are big and bright, the bathrooms are clean and you feel right at home! The large living room also has everything you need. Norbert and Pimlada came a couple of times a week to clean up the house. They changed the bed linen, watered the plants, cleaned the pool etc. All in all, you can really say that they take great care of the house and the guests.

We will definitely book the house again!

Villa Pimlada vol. 2

As announced, we became guests of Villa Pimlada for the second time this year. After this villa had already convinced us on our first visit, we decided without further ado to stay here again. Since 2017 was an El Nino year, there was an above-average amount of rain in January, which hardly dampened our holiday enjoyment in this villa. If you are able to feed yourself reasonably, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and a few days of rain can easily be bridged. Furthermore, you get the impression that restaurants and massage studios are increasingly influencing the street scene, which means that you can always get a good meal on foot. The villa invites you to chill out under the sun, in the pool and on the spacious terrace.
In no room will it be warmer than average if you don't want it to be, as the house has air conditioning that leaves nothing to be desired.
The owners, Pimlada and "Nobbi", are constantly trying to keep everything in order and to help with words and deeds, which you can feel in every corner of the house.
Let them explain to you where Tikki's restaurant is (50m radius), we wish you a good appetite already now!
We will be back on our next Phuket holiday!

Dream villa in beautiful Rawai /Phuket

We would like to thank the Brehm family for the warm welcome and the excellent service during our stay in Villa Pimlada. The service and the cleanliness of the villa are unique and cannot be topped. Even with minor problems, the Brehm family is always available with help and advice and you really get the feeling that "the customer is king". The villa is an absolute insider tip on Phuket and the price-performance ratio is not exaggerated as with other properties. The wonderful time in the villa remains unforgettable for us and if the opportunity arises, we will gladly honour Norbert and Add again.

Holidays in Villa Pimlada with the Brehm family

First of all, we would like to thank the Brehm family very much for the pleasant time, the many tips and the personal care. The introduction / use of all the furnishings was also carried out carefully and clearly by the landlords. If anything was unclear, the landlords were very friendly on the phone.
Equipment: The villa is fully equipped from the perfect big pool towel, a rice cooker to a washing machine with tumbler. If you should miss / need something, Mr. Brehm will organise it immediately.
Price/performance: For us (2 persons) the price for the villa and the service was unbeatable.
Service: As already described, the Brehm family takes care of everything. It starts with the organised transfer from the airport to the villa, continues with contacts for car rental, shopping possibilities, sightseeing, conversations about the traditions of the country and ends with the perfectly organised departure to the airport.
Location: From our point of view, the perfect location for relaxing recreation. You can swim in the pool unobserved and reach the restaurant and shop on foot (approx. 3-5 minutes). With a car you can reach the centre of Nai Harn in 3 minutes, which offers a lot (shopping facilities / post office / art / massages / fitness centre / various restaurants etc.). The famous Nai Harn Beach can be reached by scooter in about 7 minutes. If you want to have a good time, you should visit Phuket-Patong, which is about 20 minutes away by scooter.
It was one of our best holidays on Phuket. The conversations with the Brehm family were very interesting and broadened our knowledge about Thailand, the people and politics.
Conclusion: We can highly recommend the accommodation.

A completely private accommodation with feel-good factor

Actually, everything has already been said here. Nevertheless: In November, we were allowed to call Villa Pimlada OURS for 18 days. November actually marks the end of the rainy season. However, in 2016, there was an exceptionally rainy November with significant rainfall.
Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied and were able to spend some wet hours in the warm pool. It does rain heavily, but it also stops quickly and dries up. We enjoyed the peace and private atmosphere very much and could have stayed a few more weeks. The property is spacious and well equipped. The transfer organized by the Brehm family worked perfectly, as did everything else to our satisfaction. We had very relaxing days. Since everything has already been said, here are a few tips:
Less than 30 seconds on foot, there is breakfast for 2.50 euros including coffee or tea. Unlike European breakfast, here you get fresh flatbread with vegetables and meat or with banana, simply delicious. For lunch or dinner, try the Thai food at Tiki, also about 45 seconds on foot on the main road (turn right, on the left side). Always with fresh ingredients and daily surprises. So far, we have had the best Massamann there by far. Tiki cooks with heart and love.
To get to Nai Harn Beach, it's about 3-5 kilometers, depending on which road you take. We recommend a motor scooter, which can also be organized by Tiki. We also ordered a taxi there for a fixed price. Attention: They were always on time! The Brehm family helped us establish contact here.
Why the taxi? We had it take us to Phuket Old Town and visited the Chinese quarter there. Once a week, the street is closed off and several food and merchandise stalls are set up. The visit is worthwhile just because of the many old colorful houses and light shows.

Almost everything great

As mentioned by other users, everything is clean and well maintained, and the landlords are available for questions and help, organizing airport pick-up at good prices.
The pool is great, and my grandchildren spent at least 24 hours swimming and diving in it over 14 days, covering several kilometers.
It's just a pity that there is no Thai TV channel (was there?), otherwise, the stay would be perfect for Thai ladies as well. The place is also recommended during the rainy season, as it is not so hot then, there are fewer, but still (too) many tourists, especially from the Asian region, and of course, it is cheaper. Moreover, it mostly rains overnight, and when swimming in the pool, one will get wet anyway.

If you really want to have a private vacation, this is the perfect place. The impeccably maintained property invites you to enjoy staying "at home." The hosts make you feel truly welcomed. You feel completely comfortable.

Private villa that leaves nothing to be desired!

Villa with high standards and exceptionally well-maintained outdoor area. The landlords, Pimlada & Norbert, take loving care of the property and the guests, are uncomplicated, and always reachable by phone. If you need support around the villa, they are immediately on-site.
Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will definitely come back to Phuket and only stay with you!

Super Privatvilla

A dreamlike villa in a quiet location with jungle directly behind it. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. There is a computer for private use, TV with all German channels via internet TV. The property is very well maintained, and the house is of a very high standard. The pool is fun and crystal clear. Several restaurants are easily reachable on foot. The nearest beach called Naiharn is approximately 3.5km away, a scooter or car is recommended. Other beaches are Katanoi, Kata, Rawai, and Karon. The friendly landlords are always available by phone and ready to help if needed. If we are drawn to this region again, we will visit this accommodation again.
