Our flat is on the ground floor of our house and has a private entrance from the street.
The flat consists of a living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker, fridge, coffee machine and microwave.
The terrace has privacy and nice views.
From here you go down a flight of stairs to the pool, which you will have mostly for YOU alone.
The flat is an independent part of our house.
You therefore have a lot of privacy as it has its own entrance and terrace.
From this location, the beautiful sights of Catalunya are easy to reach, as AP7 and the C32 are nearby.
The area is quiet and offers you a good chance to combine perfect relaxing days by the pool with day trips to Barcelona, Tarragona, Montserrat, the interior with the vineyards etc.
There is a simple restaurant within walking distance from the apartment. Supermarkets can be found 10 minutes away.
The Pénedès region is famous for its wines and cavas and a 15-minute drive away you will find the golden beaches of Sitges and many good restaurants.
A car is essential! From here you have good connections to the AP7 and all coastal roads to the Costas.
