I had paid for an apartment with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, oven... NONE OF THESE MACHINES WERE THERE. This meant that I had a lot of work during my vacation, doing the dishes, taking our laundry to a laundromat, no oven to make good meals... Horrible. You only told me you would refund me... 90 euros... Which is a joke... And I have not received it yet. And to pick up the key at... Caenen... It's not their problem. Thank you for taking my money and giving an apartment without comfort for almost 1600 euros for 13 nights... This is stealing from customers... And ruining their vacations.

There are lies in the presence of the accommodation, tumble dryer, boiling water tap, cupboard bed, washing machine, oven, fridge combination freezer. 3 folding beds there are 2. A smelly entrance, passage to Kerkstraat, urine smell, salty stench from the cellar, which is filthy. A penetrating smell throughout the apartment, smelly blankets, sweat as well as the pillows, spots and circles on the much too thin mattress in the sofa bed. You can hardly open or close this. The apartment is not sunny because there is no sun. the big wooden closet not really a closet to hang your clothes in when you're small. you can't touch the rod. And the mop with which they had cleaned was still half wet in the cupboard, near the vacuum cleaner. Not suitable for people with mobility problems, too little space next to the double bed. if you slide the bed to the window, you can no longer open the bathroom door.

The apartment was decent and well located, just a couple of minutes from Blankenberge beach. It was quite spacious and clean, which made our stay pleasant. Although there was no WiFi, we found that we didn't miss it much since we spent most of our time outside. Bringing our own sheets felt a bit inconvenient, but it wasn't a big problem. Perfect for those looking for a simple and practical place to stay near the sea.

Everything is perfectly fine, only the wardrobe is full of stuff. You have a piece where you can put a few clothing items, 2 small drawers, and 1 small shelf. I am alone and have too little space for my clothes.
