The detached holiday home, built in 1826 and renovated in 2001, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue area, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Trampoline.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou, 700 mASL. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the neighbourhood, there is a holiday apartment CSR RIG 424 (10 people). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Parking in winter 50 m from the house at the neighbour's house.

Central heating (gas). High chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 3 m, 1 m deep).

Upper floor: Bedroom with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and toilet.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, parking place, bed linen, pool, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 5 nights) obligatory 50% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 14 Kč per kilowatt hour based on usage. gas 38 Kč per cubic meter based on usage. water 160 Kč per cubic meter based on usage.
