Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1970, renovated in 1994, and practically furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue area, garden furniture, garden swing, and campfire site.

Jablonec nad Jizerou, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The edge of the property on the slope is separated by a hedge. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 3 m, 1 m deep).

The location of the house is very good, nice and quiet and lots of garden around it.

The landlady is a very nice woman. The communication was a bit difficult, but that was not a problem. The location is nice and quiet, all major locations are nearby and within walking distance.
The apartment is functional. For children it is also well suited (play and painting things are there) and of course the animals (like rabbits and cats).
We would like to come back.
