The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1970, renovated in 1994 and is functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet hillside location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

Jablonec nad Jizerou, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 700 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The edge of the grounds around the hillside is separated with the hedge. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

The location of the house is very good, nice and quiet and lots of garden around it.

The landlady is a very nice woman. The communication was a bit difficult, but that was not a problem. The location is nice and quiet, all major locations are nearby and within walking distance.
The apartment is functional. For children it is also well suited (play and painting things are there) and of course the animals (like rabbits and cats).
We would like to come back.
