We are exactly in Via Vittorio Emanuele in San Vincenzo, in the pedestrian area, where, once you have parked your car... you can forget you even have it!
The flat has been completely renovated using quality materials and is located on the third floor (without lift) of a historic building in the centre.
It has a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer; continuing along the small corridor we find the entrance to the bathroom with shower and washing machine until we reach the living room/bedroom with sofa bed - convertible into a double bed - and a loft with a double bed and a play area for the children.
Casa Ema is suitable for a couple or families with children who can play in the small loft designed just for them!
At Casa Ema you can stay even in winter thanks to the heat pumps that ensure coolness in summer but also warmth in winter!
Additional costs to be paid locally
- Visitor's tax € 1 per person per day (for those over 12 years old) from April to October
- Final cleaning € 70 (obligatory)
- Bed linen and towel hire € 15 per person per stay (optional)
