Villalbatro, a recently renovated villa with a large private garden, very close to the beach, offers 4 charming apartments very well furnished for your relaxing holiday.
The four-room apartment COBALTO is located on the ground floor with large porch equipped with table as well as an exclusive outdoor area (not fenced) with two parking places.
It offers a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, storage room.
Very well furnished, it offers a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove, washing machine, TV, coffee machine with pods, air conditioning, wifi.
On disposal to the guests outdoor shower and some bikes to reach the center which is 700 meters away.
Weekly prices with stays from Saturday to Saturday.
The prices includes consumption of water, gas, electricity an final cleaning.
Linen on request: Euro 30,00 double set (bed linen and towels) - Euro 20,00 single set (bed linen and towels)
To reserve the accommodation is required a deposit of 33% + agency commission (7,32% VAT incl.) by bank transfer.
The settlement 1 week before the arrival by bank transfer.
City Tax per person per day from 12 years old: Euro 1,00 (low season), Euro 1,25 (June, July, August)
Damage deposit Euro 200,00 only cash.
