Schlüssel abholen und wegbringen in Schabeutz sehr umstândlich und zeitaufwändig. Ansonsten sehr gepflegte Wohnung in guter Lage. Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, Teekanne fehlt.

A clean and beautiful apartment with a great location just a few meters from the beach. The swimming pool in the neighboring house is also great. The town and the beach in Niendorf are not as crowded. If you want a bit more hustle and bustle, you are in Timmendorf and/or Scharbeutz in just a few minutes.

If you like to be in Niemdorf, the flat with the location is perfect! Comfortably furnished and only 150 m to the beach. Underground parking space, so you can get into the house dry. However, the way to the lift through the house is not barrier-free. All in all, the flat is top!
