Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Treppe zum 2 Schlafzimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Terrassen laden zum verweilen ein. Entfernung zum Strand und zur Bäckerei 2-3 Minuten. Abends sehr ruhig,

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Lage. War tatsächlich wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben sehr ansprechend. Mit den beiden Bädern ist ein Stau nach dem Strandbad auch fast unmöglich Überdachter Parkplatz und Aufzug hat man auch selten. Abwicklung durch den Vermieter professionell.

Eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Autostellplatz, Fahrradschuppen, Aufzug im Haus, sogar eine WASCHMASCHINE . Zum Strand und zur Promenade kurz um die ECKE. Einkaufsgelegheiten auch nicht weit weg. Besser geht's nicht.

The apartment is very nicely furnished. The stairs to the 2nd bedroom take some getting used to. The terraces invite you to linger. Distance to the beach and bakery is 2-3 minutes. Very quiet in the evenings.

Who can afford and wants the price will be rewarded with a top apartment. Absolute recommendation because of 2 roof terraces, dressing room/extra room for toddlers separable with sliding door, kitchen equipment with latest NEFF appliances, more than 10 chairs, rain shower in one of the bathrooms, etc.

The apartment was really great. It was clean and had everything you need. You can't get much better than that. The location of the apartment is good, only 5 minutes to the beach. So we would definitely take the apartment again.

A perfectly equipped apartment. Parking spot, bike shed, elevator in the building, even a WASHING MACHINE. The beach and promenade just around the CORNER. Shopping facilities are also not far away. It doesn't get any better.

Very nice apartment with great location. Actually very attractive as shown and described in the pictures. With two bathrooms, it is almost impossible to get stuck after the beach. Covered parking and elevator are also rare. Handling by the landlord was professional.
