Sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Ruhige Feldrandlage. Zum Meer mit dem Rad ca. 40 Minuten. Wir haben kommen gerne wieder :-)

The house is as beautiful as in the photos and very well equipped, the owners have clearly put a lot of heart and taste into it. Even with a one-year-old child, the house was pleasant. A few minor downsides: The house is located on the main road of the village, which is why cars and large agricultural machines pass by. Apart from that, it is very quiet, so it didn't really bother us. There are many good garden furniture in the garden, but you have to clean them from bird droppings several times a day. There are a lot of flies, mosquitoes (fly swatters are distributed all over the house), and other insects (beetles, spiders, ants) that come into the house, so fly screens on the windows and tightly closing joints on the entrance doors would be very desirable.

We booked this house at very short notice and were there with 2 adults and 3 children. The house is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. The garden is a bit unkempt and there is no terrace yet. Of course you always have to go by car, because it is too far to the beach by bike. But the location is very quiet. We can recommend the house without hesitation.

We were allowed to enjoy the Little Break for a whole week. And you can really enjoy the stay, because the owners have really thought of absolutely everything. Modern and chic furnishings, with a super-equipped kitchen where you can also cook properly, which is something you're not used to in other holiday homes. It felt more like a holiday with friends. The beds were very comfortable (even for the back pain sufferers in the family), the shower had real pressure and the wifi is fast. Outside, the trampoline and barbecue delighted the whole family. What more could you want? The region offers a lot of variety - from the monastery festival to a visit to the beach, everything was within 10-15 minutes by car. Ideal on holiday with two children under 5! There's a petting zoo and delicious cakes 2 min walk from the house in the hay hostel. (Highly recommended!) We would love to come back.

It was wonderful! We chose the 'Kleine Pause' mainly because of the beautiful furnishings and the quiet location close to nature. And we were not disappointed: the house looks EXACTLY as it does in the pictures. Nothing was glossed over here, everything was exactly as good as expected and hoped for. Or maybe even a little better. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In the kitchen, even ambitious hobby cooks can conjure up any meal imaginable. There are good kitchen tools and plenty of crockery and cutlery, so that you can also entertain guests or don't have to use the dishwasher or wash dishes by hand after every meal. There is a washing machine and a dryer. There is a nice bathroom with good water pressure. There is a powerful WLAN. The living rooms and bedrooms are lovingly and creatively designed, yet cosy and with a pleasant atmosphere. We had a few rainy days (in the Corona summer of 2020), but we enjoyed spending them in this pleasant house. When the weather is better, the well-maintained garden offers many places to sit and spend time in the sun or shade (umbrellas, loungers, etc.). The children could play all kinds of games on the lawn or romp on the trampoline. The distances to the beaches (we found Kellenhusen better than Dahme, but that is a matter of taste) and to the nearest shopping facilities (bakery, etc.) are all within the range of less than 15 minutes. But there are also farm cafés, a milk filling station, the Dahme lighthouse, an organic apple farm with delicious juices, the Cismar monastery and much more in the vicinity, such as the chic Heiligenhafen (a little further away, about 25 minutes). The rural surroundings around the house are typically North German: flat, beautiful, with a wide sky. And quiet. We will go to the 'Kleine Pause' again, definitely outside the summer season, because it is a cosy home away from home even in mixed weather.

Super house, super equipment. The children 9, 13 and 18 were very happy and satisfied. Us adults too, of course. The equipment is mega, there is really nothing missing. There is almost more than in my own household ? Hammock, garden toys, bath mats, washing machine, dryer, waffle iron, really everything available. To the beach it is cafe. 15 minutes by car. Parking in Dahme for 25 hours 7,50? and visitor's tax 3? for adults are added. I can highly recommend it.
