Leider schon etwas verlebt, veraltete Rollläden. Ein paar Dinge funktionieren nicht: Licht, Mülleimer, Uhren. Schlüssel im Bad fehlt.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Einzige war der Garten. Er war übervoll mit 1m hohen Disteln. Auch auf dem Kies wuchs es. Trotzdem würde ich es weiter empfehlen.

We liked it very much. It was very quiet and the proximity to the beach was optimal. The fence in the courtyard was high enough so that you could also let a large dog run. The fence to the terrace is very low and only suitable for small dogs.

We had 6 beautiful days. The house is nice, the furnishings were good except for the beds and the couch, which could have been more comfortable. WiFi in the house would have been good, but it didn't bother me personally. My kids did mind. Süssau is rather sleepy, and we liked the beach in Dahme better.

We felt very comfortable during the twelve days, there was nothing to complain about the facilities! We were there with our dog, it would have been nice if there had been a small lawn area and not just pavement, otherwise there is nothing to criticize.

"Our first holiday at the Baltic Sea was a complete success! The location of the holiday home is fantastic. 400m to the beach, 600m to the dog-friendly area. The weather was great, except for two to three days, which is normal for a coast. The house was well equipped, but unfortunately there are very few power outlets. Free Wi-Fi would have been great, but you can manage without it. The employees of Kraushaar were always very accommodating and super friendly. You don't have to drive far from Süssau to Dahme or Fehmarn. Süssau is centrally located and can only be compared to Dahme on a smaller scale. The pier restaurant in Süssau right on the beach is also highly recommended. Great value for money. All in all, a great holiday. P.S. Parking directly at the house was sometimes a small challenge, but you quickly figure out the best way to park."

The location of the holiday flat is a dream. Only a short, pleasant walk to the sea. This was also manageable for our grandparents. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Absolutely recommendable for families with small children, as everything was thought of for the minis and was available in the house (from high chairs to cots etc.). Furnished with love, modern and yet timeless and cosy. We all felt very comfortable (age of our family from 10 over 45 to 70 years). Thank you very much for that. We will definitely come back again. We haven't even tried out your bikes yet, as we stayed for such a short time over Whitsun. Perhaps we will have the opportunity to do so again, as you are really great for cycling to the nearby seaside resorts. Sorry again for the broken bedside lamp.

We came from Austria as a family of three including a big dog (Afghan) to see the Baltic Sea for the first time. The holiday home Sonneneck 24 in Süssau is located near the beach (approx. 300m to the beach promenade) and is equipped with everything you could actually need: The kitchen actually contains everything, from aluminium foil to coffee machine, toaster, etc. to barbecue tongs, every possible utensil is available - even various spices are already stocked in the kitchen box. The rest of the house is also in top condition: The bathroom is brand new and has a shower with corner entry, the furniture is comfortable and well-kept, every switch works and even cleaning utensils such as hoovers are ready for emergencies. The facilities outside the actual rooms are also great: there are garden loungers and other furniture, bicycles (also for children), wood for the fireplace and even a canoe. There is absolutely nothing to complain about - everything is in perfect condition. The garden fence all around is high enough that the residents of the surrounding houses can't see directly in and even our big dog couldn't possibly have jumped over this fence. Parking space for the car is available directly in front of the house (driveway). The garden itself is also very well maintained and beautifully planted. The Kraushaar staff are very friendly - by phone, email and in person - and picking up and dropping off the keys takes less than 10 minutes. The only downer is that the house unfortunately doesn't have Wi-Fi. Since the internet connection via the regular mobile phone network is not particularly good, this would be the only improvement that would certainly please future visitors. But all in all: a top accommodation at an absolutely reasonable price. Full marks, unreserved recommendation! PS: There would be one small improvement: One morning at breakfast we suddenly heard a knocking in the chimney. As there were many swallows and other birds in the area, we thought nothing more than that the chimney was simply passing on a sound from the roof. All of a sudden there was a small "thump" and a bird fell directly into the chimney and blinked out at the glass flap. We simply opened the patio door for it and then the chimney door - luckily it was smart enough to run away on its own. Maybe it would be a good idea to put a grille or net or something similar over the actual chimney so that our feathered friends can't fall in there in the first place! ;-)
