Villa Olimpia is our precious diamond. It is located on a 3200 m² plot of land, surrounded by exotic trees and shrubs, a vegetable garden and vines. It is the even view of the sea, the island of Paximadia in the center of the view, fantastic sunsets, vastness and calm, which lead to deep relaxation. Villa Olympia offers four bedrooms with an Ensuite bath on 260 m² total area for an occupancy with a maximum of eight people, a large living area, a subsequent open, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room/ guest toilet. Embedded in the terrace is the 5,00 m x 8,00 m (x 1.50 m depth) pool with jacuzzi. A flexible displaceable glazing on the large dining area on the terrace offers protection on windy or cooler days.
In the garden there is space for BBQ: wood stove, grill and 5-flame gas stove.

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Pitsidia can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes and offers numerous small shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, dentist, cafés and restaurants. The next beach can be reached on foot on dirt roads in 20 minutes. Villa Olympia is not rented out in winter. On request, the baby bed and children’s chair will be provided. There must not be smoking within the villa.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
