Our holiday home for sole use is newly built and has been available for rent since June 2010. It is quietly located on a side road with a view of the adjacent nature reserve. The house is equipped to a high standard and has a size of 78 m². It offers space for 4 people and is located on a fenced 582 m² plot with parking space. In the house you will find a living room with open modern fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower/ WC and sauna, 2 bedrooms and a hallway. On the large terrace you can spend cosy barbecue evenings and enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
The terrace is furnished and 2 sun loungers with parasol are available.
The house is quietly situated and offers a beautiful view over the adjacent nature reserve.

Location and surroundings of object

Along the beach road, through the coastal forest, it is only about 1000 m to the Baltic Sea beach (about 20 minutes' walk).
The centre with restaurants and a supermarket with bakery and fish cart is about 300 m from our house.
From our house you have a wonderful, unobstructed view over the adjacent nature reserve and you can even see the ship masts in the harbour of Karlshagen in the distance. We don't even dare to tell you about the impressive sunset, you have to experience it yourself - a dream we can only say!
Your discovery tour by bike can start directly in front of the house, because the well-developed cycle path leads past it. In the direction of Mölschow, Wolgast, Karlshagen or Zinnowitz - the choice is yours!

Trassenheide is located in the north of the island of Usedom, between Zinnowitz and Karlshagen.
It is one of the smallest seaside resorts on the island and is nestled between the Baltic Sea beach, dune wall and coastal forest. In the hinterland you will find wide meadows, moorland and heath.
This small, quiet, dreamy and also friendly place is ideal for a family holiday, as well as for couples, single travellers, nature lovers and sports enthusiasts.
Usedom is the sunniest island in Germany.
The almost 4 km long, fine, gently sloping sandy beach invites you to unadulterated bathing fun in summer (also with small children) and to endless walks in spring, autumn and winter. Especially for chronic diseases of the respiratory tract and the skin, the mild sea climate offers relief in the colder season.

The cancellation fees for the vacation home are: * up to 60 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price, * from 59 to 30 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price, * from 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip, 70% of the rental price, * from 14 to 2 days before the start of the trip, 80% of the rental price, * from 1 day before the start of the trip, and in case of no-show, the full rental price will be charged.
