Located at Stranddiestelweg 57, you're just a few steps from the fine sandy South Beach. From your balcony, you can already hear the sound of waves and breathe in the salty sea air. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a well-maintained apartment building and easily accessible by elevator.
After a short walk, you'll find yourself standing in soft sand, ready to dive into the refreshing Baltic Sea. The beach promenade invites you to take long walks where your dog can explore new scents and sights.
In the immediate vicinity, cozy cafés like Café Chillaz, small restaurants, and a bakery for fresh rolls await you. A special tip: The Quarkeria with its delicious curd cheese specialties is an absolute must during your stay.

Look forward to a vacation in a dreamlike location! The apartment is located between the Burger Binnensee and the famous Südstrand. At the lake there is a sailing and surfing school, so you can enjoy active vacations here. The fine sandy beach is only a few meters away from your vacation home and invites you to stroll along the promenade or relax in a beach chair. Due to its shallow sloping shore, the south beach is also perfect for extensive swimming fun - even with children!

Mein zweites Zuhause!!!
Wie jedes Jahr hat wieder alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung war tip top gereinigt. Eine Woche herrliches Wetter. Besser ging es nicht.

Around feeling well
We were generally satisfied with the apartment. There are always a few minor issues that one finds. The extractor hood needs repair on the front flap. And the showerhead in the bathroom should either be mounted differently or a larger showerhead installed. It was a bit difficult to shower, as you kept bumping into the faucet. Nevertheless, we would rent the apartment again at any time.

We have been in this apartment for the New Year for the umpteenth time and, as always, felt very comfortable. Cleanliness of the apartment, including windows and balcony, top-notch. The contact with all employees was very friendly.

The apartment was nice again. This time really quiet in the house. It was clean. But the broken cabinet under the sink was still old, and water still runs from the shower while showering. Let's hope that by summer maybe the issues are resolved.

Great very quiet location with a dreamlike view of the beach and the sea.
The furnishings are complete, but the furniture, kitchen, etc. are partially old and worn out. The showerhead was very calcified, so hardly any water came out. And the balcony was very dirty and needs a coat of paint. The beds in the small room could also be arranged differently so that the room could be used better. But overall, we were satisfied with 4 stars.
